Z941W electric gate valve is a rising stem wedge gate valve driven by an electric actuator and connected by a flange. It drives the reduction mechanism through a motor to lift and lower the valve stem, causing the wedge gate to move vertically and achieve the opening and closing of the pipeline. The valve body can be made of various materials such as carbon steel and stainless steel, and the sealing surface is directly machined from the valve body material ("W" shape) to form a hard metal to metal seal. This valve integrates a manual operating mechanism for emergency operation in case of power interruption. It is widely used in automation control systems for petrochemical, power, metallurgy, municipal water supply, sewage treatment, HVAC, and general industrial pipelines as a key cutoff device for remote operation, process interlocking, or unmanned situations. Especially suitable for modern industrial pipeline systems that require centralized monitoring, frequent operation, or integration with upper computer systems. The design of intermediate control, automated processes, and frequent opening and closing scenarios is the core execution unit for achieving intelligent management in modern industrial pipeline systems.

1. Electric drive, remote automation control

Equipped with multi turn or partial turn electric actuators, powered by electricity, capable of receiving standard electrical signals (such as 4-20mA, switch signals) from DCS/PLC systems, achieving remote centralized control, automated operation, and process interlocking of valves.

2. Clear stem structure, intuitive valve position

The valve stem rises and falls with the gate, and the valve opening can be directly determined by observing the height of the valve stem extension, which is convenient for on-site inspection and debugging.

3. Valve body sealing surface ("W" type)

The sealing surface is directly processed from the valve body material, which is economical, practical, wear-resistant, and suitable for conventional media such as water, oil, and gas.

4. Flange connection, stable and reliable
