Z641W pneumatic gate valve is a rising stem wedge gate valve driven by pneumatic actuator and connected by flange. It drives the cylinder piston or diaphragm through compressed air, which drives the valve stem to rise and fall, causing the wedge gate to move vertically and achieve the opening and closing of the pipeline. The valve body is made of stainless steel or carbon steel, and the sealing surface is directly machined from the valve body material ("W" shape), forming a hard metal to metal seal. This valve integrates a manual operating mechanism, which can perform emergency operations in case of gas supply interruption. It is designed specifically for automated process control, remote operation, and frequent opening and closing situations, and is an ideal execution unit for intelligent management in industrial pipeline systems. Widely used in automation control systems for petrochemical, power, metallurgy, water treatment, food and pharmaceutical, and general industrial pipelines, as a key cutoff device for remote operation, frequent opening and closing, or process interlocking control. 1. Pneumatic drive, automated control

Equipped with single acting or double acting cylinder actuators, powered by compressed air, capable of receiving electrical signals from DCS/PLC systems (converted through solenoid valves), achieving remote centralized control and automated operation of valves.

2. Clear stem structure, intuitive valve position

The valve stem rises and falls with the gate, and the valve opening can be directly determined by observing the height of the valve stem extension, which is convenient for on-site inspection and debugging.

3. Valve body sealing surface ("W" type)

The sealing surface is directly processed from valve body materials such as stainless steel and carbon steel, which is economical, practical, wear-resistant, and suitable for conventional media such as water, oil, and gas.

4. Flange connection, stable and reliable

Using standard flange connections (such as RF flanges), the connection strength is high, the sealing performance is good, and it is easy to install and disassemble.
