Z45T Cast Iron Flanged Gate ValveOverview

Z45T cast iron flange gate valve is a concealed wedge gate valve manufactured with gray cast iron or ductile iron valve body and flange connection. It drives the internal valve stem by rotating the handwheel, which drives the wedge gate to rise and fall vertically, achieving the opening and closing of the pipeline. The valve stem is located inside the valve body and only rotates without lifting, with a compact structure. The sealing surface is welded or embedded with copper alloy ("T" type) to form a copper metal sealing pair. This valve is designed specifically for medium and low pressure, large-diameter pipelines, with good corrosion resistance and economy, and is a commonly used choice for municipal water supply and industrial water systems. Widely used in municipal water supply networks, sewage treatment plants, HVAC systems, fire water supply pipelines, and industrial circulating water systems in the medium and low pressure (PN6-PN16) pipelines, as a cut-off device for manually controlling fluid flow.

1. Cast iron valve body, economical and durable

The valve body is made of HT200 gray cast iron or QT450 ductile iron, which has high strength, low cost, and is suitable for non corrosive media such as water and oil.

2. Copper alloy seal ("T" type)

The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of brass or bronze overlay/inlay, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, reliable in sealing performance, and has a long service life.

3. Compact design of concealed pole

The valve stem is built-in without lifting, with a constant installation height, saving space, and is particularly suitable for narrow occasions such as valve wells.

4. Flange connection, stable and reliable
