GGG50 German standard soft seal gate valve is a concealed stem soft seal gate valve designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with German standards (DIN/EN). The valve body is made of GGG50 ductile iron material, which has excellent mechanical strength and impact resistance. The valve stem is located inside the valve body and only rotates without lifting or lowering during opening and closing, with a compact structure. The gate adopts a soft sealing structure covered with rubber as a whole, forming an elastic sealing pair with the valve seat to achieve zero leakage. The valve connection end complies with German flange standards (such as DIN EN 1092) and is suitable for water supply, heating, and industrial piping systems that follow the German standard system. Widely used in European and global municipal water supply networks, sewage treatment plants, HVAC systems, fire water supply pipelines, and industrial circulating water systems with German standards for medium and low pressure (PN10/16/25) pipelines, as a cut-off device for manually controlling fluid flow. 1.GGG50 ductile iron valve body, high strength

The valve body is made of GGG50 ductile iron (corresponding to EN-GJS-400-15), which has high strength, high elongation, and good impact resistance. Its mechanical properties are superior to gray cast iron and it is suitable for medium and high pressure pipelines.
