We strictly follow the JIS F7367 "Bronze Vertical Gate Valve" standard for design and manufacturing, and also meet the regulatory requirements of international classification societies such as Japan Maritime Association (NK), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), and Lloyd's Register (LR). We can provide ship product certificates.
2. High quality bronze material, resistant to seawater corrosion
The main components such as valve body, valve cover, and gate are cast with high-strength tin bronze (such as CAC406) or aluminum bronze (such as CAC703), which has good resistance to seawater corrosion, anti biological adhesion ability, and excellent wear resistance, suitable for long-term offshore operations.
3. Clear pole structure with intuitive opening
The valve stem rises and falls with the gate, and the operator can accurately determine the valve opening by observing the height of the valve stem extension, which facilitates the process control and safety management of the ship's pipeline system.
4. Metal hard seal or copper seal
The sealing surface is usually processed with bronze body or stacked with solder bronze to form a hard metal to metal seal, which is wear-resistant, erosion resistant, and suitable for various media such as seawater, fresh water, steam, and oil.
5. Seismic and impact resistant design
The valve structure is designed with reinforcement for ship sway, vibration, and impact conditions. The valve stem and gate are reliably connected, and the opening and closing are smooth, ensuring stable operation in harsh sea conditions.
6. Marine flange connection
The connection end complies with JIS F7800 or JIS B2210 marine flange standards (such as 5K, 10K, 16K pressure ratings), and is perfectly compatible with the ship's piping system, with stable and reliable installation.
7. The valve stem seal is reliable
Adopting multi-layer packing or O-ring sealing, and equipped with an upper sealing structure, the packing can be replaced online when the valve is fully open, facilitating maintenance operations during ship navigation.
8. Fire safety design
Bronze material has a high melting point, and its sealing structure meets the fire safety requirements of marine valves. It can maintain a certain sealing performance in extreme working conditions such as fires, preventing medium leakage.
