1、High-Performance Forged Body Structure: The valve body features a two-piece integral forging construction, with the main body and side body connected by bolts. Made of high-quality forged steel, forged stainless steel, this process eliminates casting defects, significantly enhances the density and strength of the body, and ensures long-term stable operation under high pressure, high temperature, and harsh working conditions, completely avoiding the risk of pressure-containing part failure. The two-piece design facilitates easy assembly, disassembly, and maintenance or replacement of internal components.
2、Reliable Sealing System: Utilizing soft seal (PTFE, PPL, PEEK, etc.) or metal-to-metal sealing designs, the sealing surfaces of the seat and ball are precision-machined and lapped to ensure excellent conformity. The valve adopts a floating ball design; when closing, the medium pressure forces the ball to move towards the downstream seat, creating a tight compression seal and achieving bidirectional zero leakage. An elastic preloading element is installed behind the seat, which automatically compensates for seal wear and pressure fluctuations, ensuring durable and reliable sealing performance.
3、Standard Flange Connection: The valve adopts standard flange connections (such as RF, RTJ, FF, etc.), fastened to the pipeline flange with bolts. This provides high connection strength, excellent sealing performance, and ease of installation and disassembly. The robust and reliable flanged connection structure is suitable for medium-to-high pressure, large-diameter, and critical industrial pipeline systems.
4、Low Flow Resistance Straight-Through Flow Path Design: The valve body features a full bore or reduced bore design, resulting in a short and smooth flow path for the medium, effectively reducing fluid resistance loss and pressure drop. The transition of the flow path is smooth, avoiding eddy currents and media retention. It is suitable for various industrial fluids such as water, steam, oil, natural gas, and corrosive media.
