1、High-Performance Forged Body Structure: The valve body is manufactured using an integral forging process and made of high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel. This eliminates casting defects, significantly enhances the density and strength of the body, and ensures long-term stable operation under high pressure, high temperature, and harsh working conditions, completely avoiding the risk of pressure-containing part failure.
2、Trunnion-Mounted Ball Design for Low Operating Torque: The trunnion-mounted ball design features the ball supported and positioned by upper and lower stem bearings. This effectively withstands the substantial thrust generated by media pressure, reduces valve operating torque, and ensures smooth, flexible, and reliable opening and closing under large-diameter and high differential pressure conditions.
3、Hard Seal Design for Wear and Erosion Resistance: The sealing pair utilizes a metal-to-metal hard seal structure. The sealing surfaces of the seat and ball are hardfaced with wear-resistant alloys (such as Stellite, 13Cr, etc.) and precision-lapped. This results in high surface hardness, excellent wear resistance, superior erosion resistance, and the ability to withstand harsh conditions involving high temperature, high differential pressure, and particulate media.
4、Double Seat and Automatic Cavity Overpressure Relief: The valve features a bidirectional sealing double seat design and incorporates an automatic cavity overpressure relief structure. If pressure abnormally builds up in the body cavity, it is automatically relieved to the upstream or downstream side, ensuring operational safety under abnormal conditions and preventing valve body damage from overpressure.
5、Standard Flange Connection: The valve adopts standard flange connections (such as RF, RTJ, etc.), fastened to the pipeline flange with bolts. This provides high connection strength, excellent sealing performance, and ease of installation and disassembly.
