The ZPD-2000 electro-pneumatic valve positioner is a primary accessory for pneumatic actuators in industrial automation control systems. It receives a standard 4-20mA DC signal from a controller or control system. Through electro-pneumatic conversion and internal power amplification, it converts electrical signals into corresponding pneumatic outputs sent to the actuator. Utilizing the mechanical feedback principle of valve stem displacement, the device forms a closed-loop control system to precisely regulate and control the valve's opening position. The ZPD-2000 positioner features rapid response, high sensitivity, and strong anti-vibration performance.
