Adopting diaphragm sealing, the valve stem is isolated from the medium, with no risk of leakage, making it particularly suitable for sampling toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive, and corrosive media.

The sealing surface can be selected from metal hard seals or soft seals such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) ("F" type) to meet different medium characteristics and sealing grade requirements.

The opening degree of the valve disc can be precisely controlled through the handwheel, achieving medium collection with small flow rate and controllable flow rate. The operation is easy and the sampling repeatability is good.

Compact in size, usually using threaded connections (such as NPT, G threads), can be directly installed on pipelines or equipment sampling ports, occupying little space.
6. Flexible material selection
The valve body material can be selected from stainless steel (304/316), carbon steel, etc., to meet the corrosion requirements of different media. The internal parts can be hardened to improve wear resistance.
