It is suitable for high-pressure and fatigue-prone operating conditions.
2、Welded Connection, Absolute Seal: Equipped with standard welding bevels on both ends for direct butt welding to the pipeline. This eliminates the risk of leakage associated with flange gaskets, provides high connection strength, and enables the valve to withstand high temperatures, high pressures, and thermal cycling stresses.
3、Hard Alloy Sealing ("Y" Type): The sealing surfaces of the disc and seat are overlaid with high-hardness alloys like Stellite. 4、Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) Structure, Intuitive Position Indication: The stem rises and falls with the gate. The valve opening position can be directly determined by observing the extension height of the stem, facilitating operation and maintenance.
5、Full Bore Design, Low Flow Resistance: The full bore flow path ensures minimal resistance to media flow and low pressure loss, making it suitable for systems with strict requirements for pressure drop.
