The 1151 Type Integrated Two-Valve Manifold is an integrated instrument manifold specifically designed for use with 1151 series pressure transmitters (or single-side impulse line of differential pressure transmitters) , integrating two stop valves (one isolation valve and one drain/vent valve) into one compact body. This manifold typically features female threaded connections (e.g., NPT 1/2”). Through precision internal flow path design, it enables connection or isolation between the pressure transmitter and the impulse line, as well as draining/venting of accumulated condensate, gas, or impurities inside the manifold. This manifold is primarily used for pressure transmitter root isolation, online zero calibration, draining/venting, and system venting. Its core purpose is to achieve safe isolation of pressure measurement systems, online transmitter maintenance, and draining/venting without interrupting process operation, thereby ensuring continuous, stable operation and measurement accuracy of automated control systems.

1. Specifically designed for pressure gauges: One end features a standard female thread for direct gauge mounting, the other connects to the process line, offering a compact alternative to traditional gauge roots.
