The YSE-A series pilot-operated stainless steel ultra-high pressure solenoid valve (nominal diameter ranging from DN10 to DN25) is a high-end, ultra-high pressure fluid control device specially developed for ultra-high pressure, large-flow fluid transmission and extremely severe operating conditions. As a core shut-off element in ultra-high pressure automated pipeline systems, this series features deep structural optimization targeting common industry pain points under 700bar (70MPa) ultra-high static pressure and large-bore working conditions, such as the inability to open under low pressure differentials, valve core deformation under high-pressure shocks, and seal erosion under large flow rates. The entire series comes standard with high-specification SS304 stainless steel bodies and offers two highly reliable interface types: G thread and NPT thread. It is widely used in high-pressure hydrogen storage and transportation, ultra-high pressure hydraulic pump stations, aerospace ground testing, and high-end industrial cleaning systems.
This series of valves utilizes a pilot-operated control mechanism and belongs to the normally closed automatic valve type. Its core advantage lies in the innovative zero-differential pilot drive structure, which perfectly combines the rigid control of electromagnetic force with the fluid dynamics of the medium's own pressure differential. When the electromagnetic coil is de-energized, the pilot valve port remains closed under the action of the return spring force. The medium enters the cavity above the main piston through the fluid channel, forming a balanced or top-high-bottom-low pressure distribution across the upper and lower ends of the piston. Under the combined sealing action of the main spring force and the 700bar ultra-high medium pressure, the main piston is tightly pressed against the main valve seat, achieving absolutely reliable, zero-leakage high-pressure shut-off.
When the electromagnetic coil is energized, a specially customized high-power, super-magnetic coil instantly generates a powerful electromagnetic attraction force that first pulls open the pilot valve port. Thanks to its special forced-lift mechanism, even in an extreme zero-pressure state where the system pressure differential is 0bar, the electromagnet can directly lift the main piston mechanically via a linkage, ensuring 100% precise actuation. When a pressure differential exists in the system, the medium in the cavity above the main piston quickly relieves pressure to the outlet end through the pilot hole, utilizing the huge pressure differential thrust of the fluid to push the main piston to the fully open position, restoring highly efficient, large-flow passage. Once the coil is de-energized, the electromagnetic field disappears, and the pilot hole and main piston reset downward at high speed within milliseconds, completing a rapid and rigid high-pressure cut-off cycle.
