The YSE Series Direct Acting Stainless Steel High Pressure Solenoid Valve (with nominal orifice sizes spanning from DN1 to DN5, equivalent to 1mm to 5mm internal sizing) is an ultra-high-pressure automatic control valve engineered for high-pressure gas distribution networks, high-pressure hydraulic control systems, high-pressure washing machinery, aerospace ground test manifolds, and automated pipelines transporting light low-viscosity oils (viscosity less than or equal to 20 cst). Serving as a critical final execution element within high-pressure circuits, this series features advanced structural hardening specifically optimized to solve industry vulnerabilities under 300 bar (30 MPa) ultra-high static pressures, such as external packing leakage, valve needle deformation, and electromagnetic actuation failure caused by excessive high-pressure resistance. All models feature a premium SS304 stainless steel body with high-integrity G or NPT threaded connection profiles.

The YSE series operates as a Normally Closed (NC) valve utilizing a true direct-acting electromagnetic configuration.

Unlike pilot-operated valves that require a minimum working pressure differential between the upstream and downstream pipelines to stroke the valve, the direct-acting mechanism operates completely independently of system pressures. Even under zero differential pressure (0 bar), the valve guarantees precise, millisecond-level actuation. When the electromagnetic coil is de-energized, the heavy-duty internal plunger is driven downward by a high-tension compressed return spring, pushing a high-hardness stainless steel valve needle (or custom ultra-high pressure composite disc) directly onto the micro-orifice seat. At this stage, even when subjected to an upstream static pressure of 300 bar, the valve uses direct mechanical force and micro-engineered hard-seating boundaries to block the process medium, achieving a tight shutoff.

When the electromagnetic coil receives an electrical current, a high-power, custom-wound solenoid coil instantly generates a high-density magnetic field. This electromagnetic force directly overcomes the resistance of the high-tension return spring, the weight of the plunger assembly, and the heavy high-pressure holding force exerted by the 300 bar medium on the valve needle face. The plunger is pulled upward in a crisp, linear motion, lifting the valve needle off the micro-seat. Because the electrical force acts directly upon the sealing needle without secondary pilot chambers, the micro-orifice opens completely, allowing full fluid transmission. When power is disconnected, the magnetic field collapses within milliseconds, and the high-tension spring forces the needle back down to complete the high-pressure isolation cycle.

Pure Direct-Acting Configuration for Instant Zero-Differential Activation: Conventional pilot-operated high-pressure valves require a minimum differential pressure of 0.5 bar to open, and their small internal pilot channels are highly susceptible to fluid shear erosion at high pressures. The YSE series eliminates all pilot chambers and micro-orifices, connecting the solenoid plunger directly to the valve needle. Whether operating in a vacuum condition with zero line pressure or under an ultra-high-pressure state of 300 bar, the valve delivers millisecond response times, resolving a common industry challenge in low-pressure and zero-pressure calibration testing loops.

SS304 Stainless Steel Construction for High Structural Yield and Erosion Resistance: To withstand the extreme fluid scouring, cavitation, and structural stresses generated when 300 bar media flows through a micro-orifice, the valve body and all moving components are machined from high-grade SS304 stainless steel. This alloy offers excellent yield strength, preventing micro-deformation under pressure and eliminating the seat jamming and internal leakage common in lower-grade high-pressure hardware. The material's natural resistance to pitting makes it compatible with light lubricating oils, high-pressure water, and high-purity gases.

High-Wattage Solenoid Coil for Rigid Actuation and Thermal Stability: Because a direct-acting mechanism must pull directly against the high surface tension and mechanical clamping forces generated by 300 bar pressures, the YSE series is equipped with a custom high-wattage solenoid coil. Wound with high-temperature pure copper magnet wire, the coil utilizes advanced thermal-dissipation geometry to support continuous duty (100 percent ED) and frequent cycling with a minimal operational temperature rise, ensuring consistent magnetic torque output.

Precision High-Pressure Threading for Secure System Integration: Available with either G parallel or NPT tapered high-pressure industrial threads machined to micron-level tolerances. This threading preserves connection integrity against intense pipeline vibrations, mechanical shock, and thermal expansion cycles. It integrates directly into ultra-high-pressure gas cylinder manifolds, high-pressure hydraulic power units, and industrial test equipment, eliminating connection ruptures and micro-leakage risks.
