The ZCZG series high-temperature high-pressure solenoid valve is an automated execution unit specifically designed for demanding industrial environments, primarily used for the automatic on/off control of steam, hot water, thermal oil, and other high-pressure media. Utilizing an advanced pilot-operated piston structure, it consists of a heat-resistant electromagnetic coil and a high-strength metal body. The core design features a metal-to-metal hard seal or specialized temperature-resistant synthetic materials, ensuring superior sealing performance under extreme thermal and pressure cycles. By converting electrical signals into electromagnetic force to open the pilot hole, it utilizes the media's own pressure differential to actuate the main piston. The ZCZG series is widely used in power plants, petrochemicals, and thermal energy systems due to its robust temperature resistance and rapid actuation.

1.Superior high temperature and pressure resistance:Utilizing premium cast steel or stainless steel bodies paired with specialized coils, it handles conditions up to 400°C and 4.0 MPa, ensuring safety under high energy loads.
2.Precision piston-type structure:The internal metal piston offers high mechanical strength and erosion resistance. Compared to diaphragm types, the piston design provides better stability and a longer service life under high pressure drops.
3.Tight metal hard-sealing technology:The plug and seat sealing pair are precision-ground and often hard-faced with Stellite. This effectively suppresses internal leakage of high-temperature media, meeting Class IV or higher leakage standards.
4.Low power and long-life coil:The coil housing features efficient heat dissipation with H-class insulation. It maintains low temperature rise even during continuous duty, offering excellent fatigue resistance and reliability.
5.Smooth flow path and high capacity:The streamlined internal cavity minimizes flow resistance and pressure drop. This structure enhances transport efficiency while reducing turbulence and operational noise.
6.Agile response and rapid actuation:Utilizing the pilot-operated principle, opening/closing response occurs within milliseconds. The action is precise and smooth, avoiding severe pipeline vibrations common with rapid shut-off.
7.Corrosion and environmental resistance:Internal and external components undergo anti-corrosion or hardening treatments to handle thermal oils and general chemicals. The high protection rating suits harsh outdoor industrial sites.
8.Modular maintenance:Coils, pilot assemblies, and main pistons are modular. Inspection or replacement of core components can be performed without removing the valve body, significantly reducing O&M efforts.
