ZDLN Electronic Electric Double-Seated Control ValveOverview

ZDLN electronic electric straight-through double-seated regulating valve is an industrial automation control valve consisting of an electronic electric actuator and a high-performance straight-through double-seated valve body. This valve integrates advanced servo control technology, eliminating the need for an external servo amplifier as it can directly receive 4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC standard analog signals from control systems such as PLC or DCS. The actuator, through its built-in electronic module, efficiently converts electrical energy into linear displacement to drive the valve stem, causing precise vertical movement of the double valve plugs relative to the double seats. By utilizing the change in throttling area between the double plugs and seats, it adjusts the fluid flow area in real-time to achieve accurate control of process parameters like flow rate, pressure, temperature, and liquid level. Due to its double-seated balanced plug structure, most of the unbalanced forces acting on the upper and lower plugs from the medium can cancel each other out, giving the valve significant features such as high allowable pressure differential, large flow capacity, excellent dynamic stability, and superior vibration resistance. It is particularly suitable for automated processes with high flow rates, high pressure drops, and relatively relaxed leakage requirements.
