1、High-performance forged body structure: The valve body is formed by an integral forging process using high-quality forged steel, forged stainless steel, or other materials, eliminating casting defects and significantly improving body density and strength. This ensures long-term stable operation under high pressure, high temperature, and severe conditions, completely avoiding the risk of pressure-containing component failure.
2、Reliable Stem Sealing and Operation System: The sealing surfaces of the disc and seat feature a metal-to-metal hard sealing design. The sealing surfaces are precision ground to ensure excellent mating contact. Rotating the handwheel drives the stem, which lifts or lowers the disc to achieve reliable media shut-off or flow initiation. A multi-layer packing seal structure is employed in the stem stuffing box. The packing gland can be adjusted or the packing replaced as needed, effectively preventing external leakage along the stem.
3、High-Strength Flanged Connection: It utilizes a standard flanged connection design (various sealing face types such as raised face, male/female face, and tongue/groove are available upon request). The valve body flange is secured to the pipeline flange using bolts, with a spiral wound gasket or graphite composite gasket employed to achieve a reliable seal. This connection offers high strength and excellent sealing performance, making it suitable for medium to high-pressure piping systems that require frequent disassembly and maintenance.
4、Low Flow Resistance Straight-Through Flow Path Design: The internal flow path features a straight-through design. This results in a short, smooth media flow path, effectively reducing fluid resistance losses and pressure drop. The smooth transitions in the flow path avoid turbulence and media stagnation, making it suitable for various industrial fluids including water, steam, oil, and corrosive media.

6、Manual Operation and Shut-off Characteristics: Operated by a handwheel (counter-clockwise to open, clockwise to close), it features low operating torque, a short travel stroke, and simple, effortless operation. It is suitable for applications involving frequent operation. The stem threads are precision-machined and coated with a lubricating layer to ensure smooth and flexible operation.
