1、Designed strictly in accordance with national and industrial standards, suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions: The product is designed and manufactured in compliance with relevant national standards and industrial specifications, such as GB/T 12235 Steel Globe Valves and DL/T 531 High-Temperature and High-Pressure Globe Valves for Power Stations. It is fully applicable to the domestic power and petrochemical markets adopting the national standard system, especially meeting the strict requirements of high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
2、Made of high-quality forged steel with excellent pressure-bearing capacity: The valve body is integrally die-forged from high-quality carbon steel (such as A105, 25# steel) or alloy steel (such as F11, F22). Compared with cast steel parts, it features a denser internal structure and significantly improved mechanical properties, capable of withstanding higher working pressure and temperature fluctuations, suitable for harsh working conditions with temperatures ≤ 550℃.
3、Unique self-sealing structure, tighter sealing with higher pressure: Adopting a pressure self-tightening sealing structure. When the medium pressure in the valve cavity rises, the pressure acts on the self-sealing ring, generating greater radial and axial sealing force on the bonnet. This design ensures absolute reliability of the bonnet-body connection under high temperature and pressure, completely eliminating the risk of external leakage at the bonnet.
4、Excellent sealing performance and reliable shut-off: The sealing surfaces of the disc and seat adopt a conical or flat design, overlaid with cobalt-based hard alloy (such as Stellite) or chromium stainless steel, and processed by precision grinding and lapping to achieve high-hardness metal-to-metal sealing. There is no relative friction on the sealing surfaces during opening and closing, which not only ensures tight shut-off but also significantly prolongs the service life of the valve.
5、Reasonable flow passage design for smooth medium flow: The internal flow passage of the valve body is optimized with low flow resistance. In view of the frequent opening and closing characteristics of power station and high-pressure pipelines, the structure is compact with low operating torque and stable, reliable operation.
6、Various connection types with strong adaptability: A variety of connection methods are available according to different pipeline standards, such as Socket Weld (SW), Butt Weld (BW) and flange connection, to meet the installation requirements of different piping systems, especially suitable for boilers, high-pressure water supply and steam piping systems in thermal power generation, petrochemical, metallurgical and other industries.
