2.High-quality forged steel material, excellent pressure-bearing capacity: The valve body is forged from high-quality forged steel or forged stainless steel, resulting in a dense structure and significantly better mechanical properties than cast steel parts. It can withstand higher working pressures and temperature fluctuations, making it suitable for severe conditions with temperatures ≤550°C and pressures ranging from 150LB to 2500LB.
3.Y-pattern flow path design, low flow resistance and superior regulating performance: The valve body adopts a Y-pattern design, where the disc is positioned at an angle to the medium flow direction, creating a streamlined flow passage. Compared to conventional globe valves, the medium flows more smoothly with lower pressure drop. Additionally, the tapered disc allows for precise throttling and flow regulation during opening and closing, enabling multiple functions in one valve.
4.Excellent sealing, reliable shutoff, and erosion resistance: The sealing surfaces of the disc and seat feature a tapered design, hardfaced with cobalt-based alloy (e.g., Stellite) or chromium stainless steel, and precision-lapped to achieve a high-hardness metal-to-metal seal. The Y-pattern design directs the medium flow nearly parallel to the sealing surfaces, effectively reducing erosion caused by high-velocity fluids and extending the valve's service life.
5.Various connection options, strong adaptability: Multiple connection types are available according to different piping standards, including flanged connections (conforming to GB/T 9113), socket welding (SW), and butt welding (BW), to meet the installation requirements of various piping systems. This is particularly suitable for applications with high sealing and safety requirements, such as thermal power plants, petrochemical facilities, and heating networks.
6.Flexible operation, wide application: Depending on process requirements, the valve can be equipped with a manual handwheel, bevel gear drive, or electric actuator for local operation or remote control. It is suitable for water, steam, oil, and mildly corrosive media within an operating temperature range of ≤550℃, and is especially well-suited for industrial piping systems that require low flow resistance, frequent operation, or throttling regulation.
