2. Wide Ratio Range & Broad Torque Coverage : Reduction ratio covers 2.3:1 to 7.1:1. Rated output torque from 220 N·m to 6,800 N·m – suitable for various equipment from light-duty conveyors to medium-heavy mixers and hoists.
3. High Efficiency & Extended Fatigue Life : Transmission efficiency ≥94% (depending on ratio and lubrication). Gear teeth are shot-peened and specially phosphated, increasing contact fatigue life by more than 100% with a design life of at least 20,000 hours.
