ZCF-X Corrosion-resistant Piston Type Solenoid Valve Overview

The ZCF-X/PX series anti-corrosive piston solenoid valve is an industrial-grade fluid control valve engineered specifically for highly corrosive media. Breaking through the limitations of traditional metal valves, which suffer from a short lifespan and high corrosion rates in acid and alkali environments, this series features a heavy-duty CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) pressure-resistant outer shell. The core flow channels and internal trim components are fully lined or encapsulated with PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene / Teflon), the ultimate champion of corrosion resistance.This series utilizes an advanced pilot-operated diaphragm and piston composite design. During operation, the electromagnetic pilot head regulates the internal cavity pressure by controlling the movement of an elastic diaphragm, which subsequently drives the precision-machined PTFE piston and stem to open or close the flow channel. This engineering feat flawlessly combines robust fluid pressure drive with 100% medium isolation. It not only withstands operating pressures from 0.3 ~6bar but also effectively prevents media from permeating upward to corrode the solenoid coil. It serves as an ideal solution for automated fluid control in chemical processing, environmental water treatment, semiconductor acid-pickling, and pharmaceutical industries.

Ultimate Corrosion Resistance: All components in direct contact with the medium (including the valve liner, piston, and stem) are fabricated from high-purity PTFE. The outer body is made of chemical-resistant CPVC. It exhibits exceptional chemical inertness against various concentrations of acids, alkalis, salts, and strong corrosive liquids/gases.

Dual-Layer Isolation Structure: The pilot diaphragm provides a 100% physical barrier that isolates the solenoid coil assembly, iron core, and spring from the underlying piping medium. This completely eliminates the risk of coil burnout caused by acid mist evaporation or chemical leakage.

Anti-Crystallization Piston Design: The internal piston is precision-machined and benefits from the extremely low friction coefficient of PTFE, ensuring smooth valve cycling. Addressing the common issue of crystallization in acid-base media, a micro-scraping mechanism is integrated into the piston and guide area to prevent the valve from jamming.

Low Pressure Startup & High Flow Rate: Despite being a pilot-operated structure, the optimized internal differential pressure channels allow the valve to actuate stably and fully open at a minimal differential pressure of just 0.3 ~6 bar. The unobstructed internal flow path minimizes flow resistance, delivering a flow coefficient (value) that far exceeds conventional plastic valves.

Versatile Connection Options: To accommodate global piping installation practices, the entire series supports four connection configurations: G Thread, NPT Thread, Flange (GB/ANSI), and detachable Union Connections, eliminating the need for extra adapters on-site.
