Its core value lies in the use of special corrosion-resistant materials for the valve body, seals, and internal components that come into direct contact with the medium. Common valve body materials include: engineering plastics (such as PTFE, polypropylene PP), stainless steel (primarily 316L or duplex stainless steel, which offer the best corrosion resistance), and special alloys (such as Hastelloy, Monel, titanium). Sealing materials typically include FKM fluoroelastomer, EPDM, FFKM perfluoroelastomer, or PTFE itself to resist corrosion from different chemicals.
