Corrosion-resistant solenoid valve
Corrosion-resistant Solenoid Valve Models: 2W-SL / YSA / ZCF-P / ZCF-X / ZCF-PX / ZCF-J / ZCF-5JC
A corrosion-resistant solenoid valve is a specialized control valve designed for strong acids, strong alkalis, salt solutions, oxidizing agents, and various corrosive chemical fluids. Its core value lies in the use of special corrosion-resistant materials for the valve body, seals, and internal components that come into direct contact with the medium. Common valve body materials include: engineering plastics (such as PTFE, polypropylene PP), stainless steel (primarily 316L or duplex stainless steel, which offer the best corrosion resistance), and special alloys (such as Hastelloy, Monel, titanium). Sealing materials typically include FKM fluoroelastomer, EPDM, FFKM perfluoroelastomer, or PTFE itself to resist corrosion from different chemicals. In terms of structural type, direct-acting (zero-pressure start) or floating designs are often preferred to avoid sticking caused by fine particles. Some models use an isolated diaphragm structure to ensure complete separation of the fluid from the moving metal core. The solenoid valves produced by Kaivex Valve Group are widely used in fine chemicals, electroplating lines, semiconductor cleaning, pharmaceuticals, seawater desalination, and environmental water treatment.
