700X Pump Control ValveOverview

The 700X series pump control valve is an intelligent multi-functional control device installed on the discharge piping of pumps in high-rise building water supply systems and other municipal water networks. It is designed to prevent medium backflow, water hammer, and hydraulic shock. Integrating the functions of a gate valve, a check valve, and a water hammer arrestor into a single unit, it ensures safe system operation through hydraulic automatic control logic. The core operating principle utilizes the pilot piping and pilot valve system to automatically adjust the opening and closing speeds of the main disc based on fluctuations in pump pressure. During pump startup, the valve opens slowly to reduce starting current and initial surge; during shutdown, it closes quickly to cut off the majority of return flow and then slowly to eliminate remaining pressure impacts. The 700X series significantly enhances water system reliability while simplifying piping configurations.
